If mudhavenfarm.com, in its sole and exclusive discretion, concludes that the said orders are not or do not reasonably appear to be, authentic, enforceable or valid, then mudhaven.com may cancel the said orders at any time up to 4 hours before the scheduled time of departure of the relevant flight or 4 hours before the expected date of visit to any property booked through mudhavenfarm.com.
Refund, Cancellation and Return Policy
We offer farm stay and recreational services and every product might have different cancellation/refund policies. There are some products/services which are not sold online and the prices displayed on the website are tentative prices. Such products will not be sold online and customers will enquire and purchase those products offline. Cancellation and refund policies for such products will be provided offline.
We reserve the right to deduct our service charge/handling fee/ convenience fee on the refund amount.
